Pig Breeding and Vocational Training
Graduated in Zootechnical Engineering from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, in 2006, during which she participated in the International Intensive Program: Animal Economics & Policies in Euope, in Écola Supérieure d'Agriculture (ESA), in Toulouse, France.
Attended the Faculdade de Zootecnica e Engenharia dos Alimentos, in Universidade de São Paulo (USP), Brazil, where she completed an internship between September 2005 and March 2005.
Between 2006 and 2017, she attended several courses, conferences and workshops of specialization in pigs, having been a speaker on the theme "Selection of Pig Reproduction" at the VI International Conference of Pig Breeding of the Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, in 2011.

She began her professional activity in Suipec, Agropecuária, Lda. as Technical Responsible for intensive exploration of pigs in closed cycle, in 2006 and 2007, and later assumed the same functions in a PIC genetics multiplier farm owned by the Euroeste Group, until 2015.
She was the Coordinator of intensive pig explorations in the Euroeste Group until 2017, becoming Production Coordinator at PIC genetics multiplier farm in Magoito. In 2017 and 2018, she organized the settlement and star-up of two genetics multiplier farms (PIC in Santo António Farm, in Angola, and DanBred in FTPGM, in Arouca, Portugal) as a Production Coordinator for FTPGM (Euroeste Group), currently exercising this function at the genetics multiplier exploration DanBred. She collaborated with INTERPEC in the execution and monitoring of international pig production projects.
